Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 48 hours of purchase. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. All shipments from Mohammed Olid are fully insured until delivered or collected. Upon delivery or collection, a signature will be required as confirmation. If the receiver is not the original purchaser (such as in the case of gifts), the recipient’s signature will be treated as proof of delivery and order fulfillment.

Delivery Charges

• Domestic (UAE):
  • Free delivery on orders above 999 AED. 
  • A minimum of 30 AED Will be charged on orders below 999 AED 
  • Delivery Charges may vary Depending on Quantity and Distance.
• International: Charges may vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Additional Charges

There are no hidden fees. The total amount payable is clearly mentioned on each product page.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location and our courier partner’s service. Public holidays may affect this timeline.

Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellation
Customers are unable to cancel an order once placed. Cancellations may only be initiated by Mohammed Olid in cases such as stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues.

Refund for Cancelled or Rejected Orders
For prepaid orders, if we cancel or reject an order (or any item in it), the corresponding amount including any applicable taxes will be refunded within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Failed Transactions
If your payment is processed but the order fails, the full amount (including taxes) will be automatically refunded within 3–5 business days.
